Refund Policy

We extend our expertise and an extensive portfolio to all our valued customers before hiring us for any project. Our quality of work and commitment to timely delivery is made available for this purpose facilitating a congenial and comfortable work relationship. We also encourage our prospective clients to clarify any doubts or reservations that they may have before signing a contract with us.

In the unfortunate event of a customer not being satisfied, she/he is at liberty to request a refund from us. We extend our full cooperation to ensure that she/he leaves as a happy customer. Our Refund & Cancellation Policy is explained below :

Any Website Design & Development project comprises two components – Design and Development. Website Design involves laying out the initial & mockup webpage designs. Website Development includes using specific platforms to custom code the features that the website requires.

  • We will use our best resources to offer our clients quality services as promised
  • A client is entitled to get a half (50%) refund of the upfront payment made in case she/he is not satisfied with the initial mockup design/sample.
  • A client can ask for a full (100%) refund if we (WebDigi) was unable to start the project on time
  • A client can ask for a full (100%) refund in case she/he wants to cancel the contract within 24 hours of having made the payment
  • All refunds will take a maximum of 7 working days to process and the amount will be refunded either by Account Credits or Direct Deposit to the bank account.
  • If paid by credit card, refunds will be issued to the original credit card provided at the time of purchase, and in case of Payment Gateway Name payments refund will be made to the same bank account.
  • Taxes cannot be refunded by us as they are deposited directly at the end of each month. However, it might be possible to reclaim those directly from the government

If a customer wishes to request for cancellation and refund, she/he should send a mail to contact@vtdesignz.com or they can post a letter to our official address. Our finance and management team will swing into action immediately taking note of the request and analyze every aspect of the problem. Subsequently, we shall advise the client on the further process. If the issue/problem is found to be on our part, our accounts team will get back to you in less than seven working days.

Please note that no refund will be made under the following conditions :

  • The client has already approved the mockup design. But this clause will not be applicable if WebDigi was unable to complete the project as per the specifications mentioned in the contract.
  • Inordinate project delays are caused due to incomplete or lack of communication from the client’s end.
  • Domain Name Registration / Domain Transfer or other domain-related services is NOT refundable. Once you purchase your Domain Name, you are its owner and it cannot be “returned” until the duration of the domain term has expired.
  • No refund shall be made once the project is delivered

Any online marketing project consists of efforts of research, testing, and involvement of multiple strategies based on the analysis. Being a responsible online marketing company we also have refund policies with digital promotion projects.

  1. A client can issue a refund request if his/her website doesn’t rank within six months of the timeline. However, this clause is not effective if the ranking timeline is not pre-stated and agreed upon by both parties.
  2. We must mention that in order to rank any keyword irrespective of its competition minimum of 6 months of the timeline is required and no refund request will be accepted ahead of the timeline. We must also state that ranking of a keyword is totally dependent on the search algorithm’s movement and we have no association with any online search engines.
  3. Rankings or position of keywords tend to change because of the dynamic algorithmic structure of search engines and so no refund request is accepted in such scenario.
  4. Any sort of advertisement is subject to go through multiple tests and results analysis in order to come up with the best performing advert and copy. Clients must understand that such a thing requires not just money but time as well so we do not guarantee any sort of number achievement with our advertisements.

No refund requests shall be accepted against any activity of online optimization, promotion, or marketing after 15 days of work.

  1. WebDigi doesn’t take guarantee of leads generation with SEO or marketing activities unless a number is assured or specified. Hence, no refund requests shall be accepted in this regard.
